These terms concern the A3GET marketing website. A paid software project, hosting arrangement or support service is governed by its own written agreement.
1. Website operator and scope
A3GET Limited operates this website. We are registered in Nigeria, company registration number 7302888. You can contact us at sales@a3get.com.
The website describes custom CAD-enabled software and customer portals for fabrication businesses. These terms apply to browsing the website, using its published resources and sending an enquiry. Please read them with our privacy and cookie notices.
2. Information on this website
We aim to make the descriptions accurate and useful. General content, technical guides, diagrams and screenshots explain capabilities and examples; they are not a specification or a promise that a particular workflow is suitable for every part, machine, material or business.
Supported file conditions, fabrication rules, integrations, security controls and acceptance criteria must be established for an individual project. Website guidance is not a substitute for appropriate engineering review, manufacturing approval, legal advice or a signed proposal.
3. Enquiries and the Quote-Flow Review
The Quote-Flow Review is a free, written-first review of a business’s current CAD/RFQ customer journey. It is intended to identify practical friction, possible improvements and an appropriate next step. It is not a full software design, security certification or binding implementation quotation.
Sending an enquiry or receiving an acknowledgement does not create a paid project agreement, reserve delivery capacity or guarantee a response time. Any subsequent paid Blueprint Sprint, pilot, deployment or managed operation requires a separately agreed scope and commercial terms.
Use accurate contact information and submit details you are authorised to share. Please do not send confidential CAD files, personal identification documents, credentials or payment-card information through a general enquiry. Where confidential project information is needed, we will agree the channel and relevant protections.
4. Client projects and examples
Case studies describe work delivered for the named client. Metalldel is a client project presented with permission. Its name, brand, screenshots and recommendation are not an offer to sell, license or transfer Metalldel’s business or its specific system to another company.
The case study does not authorise access to a client’s portal, data or commercial arrangements. Screenshots show the captured configuration; displayed prices and options are not A3GET prices or an offer from the client through this website.
Examples and client experiences are specific to their context. No revenue, savings, conversion, manufacturing or other outcome is guaranteed for a different project.
5. Website material and intellectual property
A3GET or the relevant rights holder owns or licenses the website’s text, design, code, graphics and media. You may view the website and share links to it. You may keep reasonable copies for your own internal evaluation of our services, retaining any attribution or rights notices.
Do not republish substantial material, sell it, misrepresent it as your work, use it to imply our or a client’s endorsement, or use client logos, screenshots or recommendations in your own marketing without the relevant permission. Any use permitted by applicable law remains permitted.
An enquiry does not transfer ownership of your information to A3GET. Rights to client data, project deliverables, software, platform IP, exports and any agreed licence are addressed in the applicable client agreement. These website terms do not grant access to a client system or override those agreements.
6. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and without interfering with other visitors or the service. In particular, do not:
- Attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls or probe systems without permission.
- Introduce malware, deliberately overload the service or use forms for spam, impersonation or abusive submissions.
- Submit information that infringes another person’s rights or that you are not authorised to disclose.
- Remove rights notices, misrepresent your relationship with A3GET or suggest a client endorsement that has not been given.
7. External links and services
Links to client websites, professional profiles, reference documentation and providers are supplied for context or convenience. Their operators control those websites, and their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.
A link does not grant permission to use third-party material or access a restricted service. We do not control changes made by an external website.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, correct, suspend or remove website content and functionality, including while addressing a fault, maintenance requirement or misuse. The public website is not supplied with a guaranteed uptime or availability commitment.
This does not change an agreed client service level. Hosting, support, backup, recovery and continuity obligations for paid services are set out in the relevant contract.
9. Responsibility and limitations
You are responsible for evaluating whether general website information meets your needs before relying on it for a business or manufacturing decision. Obtain a specific proposal and appropriate professional review where required.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give additional warranties about the completeness of general website information or uninterrupted access to this free website. We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised alterations by others or services outside our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer, data-protection and other statutory rights remain unaffected. Liability relating to a paid project is governed by its contract and applicable law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes may be brought before a court with competent jurisdiction in Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
Please first contact sales@a3get.com with the issue and the outcome you seek so we can attempt to resolve it. This is not a condition that prevents a lawful complaint to a regulator or access to a court. A separate client agreement may contain its own lawful dispute provisions.
11. Updates and contact
The revision date identifies this version. Future changes will be posted on this page. An updated website term does not retrospectively amend a signed client contract.
If you have a question about permitted use, a factual correction or these terms, email sales@a3get.com. Privacy requests can be sent to sales@a3get.com.
