This notice explains browser storage separately from the business information you send us. The privacy notice explains the wider use of personal information.
1. Who operates this website
A3GET Limited, registered in Nigeria under company registration number 7302888, operates the A3GET website. Contact sales@a3get.com about cookies or privacy.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small value stored by your browser for a website. Local storage can persist between visits; session storage is associated with a tab. A website can also process request information without setting browser storage. The name of a technology does not determine its privacy impact or whether consent is needed.
The table separates the essential enquiry receipt and saved privacy choice from optional analytics storage. Google Analytics does not load before you accept it.
Scroll across to read the full table on a small screen.
| Name and type | Purpose, duration and condition |
|---|---|
| __Host-a3get-lead-receipt — first-party cookie | Allows the matching enquiry confirmation page to show a receipt. Created only after an online form receives confirmed acceptance. Expires after 15 minutes. Contains a form type and signed timestamps, with no name, email, message or CRM record ID. |
| a3get_analytics_consent_v1 — local storage | Remembers your accept or reject choice and its date. Used only to honour your preference. The choice is valid for 180 days; after that we ask again before loading analytics. Local storage does not expire automatically, so the record may remain until replaced or cleared in your browser. |
| _ga and _ga_<stream suffix> — first-party analytics cookies | Google Analytics uses pseudonymous identifiers to distinguish browsers and maintain session information. Created only after you accept analytics. Configured to last 180 days without automatic renewal; removed when you withdraw consent through the website. |
| a3get_attribution_v1 — session storage | Keeps limited campaign labels between pages for analytics and enquiry attribution. Stored only after you accept analytics. Lasts for the browser tab session and is cleared when you withdraw consent. Does not copy enquiry fields or contact details. |
3. The essential enquiry receipt
The receipt cookie is used for the requested enquiry confirmation, not advertising or cross-site tracking. It is set by the server with Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax protections. Scripts cannot read its value.
Rejected or unconfirmed submissions do not create this cookie. A local form check sends no enquiry and sets no receipt cookie. Blocking the cookie may stop the confirmation page from displaying a receipt after an accepted enquiry. A missing receipt is not a reason to submit the same enquiry repeatedly; contact us if you are unsure.
4. Spam protection and provider technology
Online enquiry submissions use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated submissions. It processes technical signals for that security purpose. Cloudflare explains the processing it performs on behalf of the website operator and its separate processing to improve bot detection in its privacy addendum.
Turnstile loads only on forms that are accepting submissions. Local form checking does not load it. The website does not use Cloudflare pre-clearance or its associated cf_clearance cookie.
5. Analytics, campaign links and media
With your consent, Google Analytics measures page visits, selected interactions and accepted enquiries to help us improve the website. We do not use advertising pixels, Google Signals, User-ID or user-provided data collection. We do not send names, email addresses, company names, enquiry text or CRM identifiers to analytics.
A link can contain campaign labels identifying a source, medium, campaign or content variation. Limited labels in the current address may accompany an enquiry. After you accept analytics, we may retain these labels for your browser tab session; only approved campaign values are sent to Google Analytics.
Images are served through this website. It does not currently embed YouTube, Vimeo or a third-party testimonial player.
6. Your choices
You can use your browser settings to inspect or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking essential storage may affect the confirmation functionality described above. Closing a tab ordinarily ends its session storage; browser session-restoration features may restore a session.
Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to accept or reject analytics at any time. Both choices are available equally. Rejecting analytics does not prevent browsing or sending an enquiry. Your choice is valid for 180 days; if browser storage is blocked, we can remember it only for the current page.
Withdrawing consent stops collection, removes analytics cookies and saved campaign labels, and reloads the page if the Google tag has loaded or been requested. Withdrawal does not automatically erase information already received by Google. Contact us about a deletion request.
Reading this notice, continuing to browse, or acknowledging the privacy notice does not count as consent to optional tracking.
7. Updates and contact
We will review this inventory when a form provider, hosting configuration, analytics tool or media integration changes. The revision date identifies the version you are reading.
Email sales@a3get.com if you have a question about a cookie, a provider or your privacy choices.
